Important:

Training consultation is required for Lauren’s Traincation® and Stellar School. They will take place at or near her residence.

Consultation Fee is a non-refundable, one-time fee. 50% of the initial consultation fee can be applied to Traincation® deposit if booked.

Traincation® rates are based on a 24 hour period.

Additional hours are subject to (whichever is less):

• $25/hour,

• $100 – 5 hours or less,

• $175 – 5 or more hours.

If your dog has separation anxiety, a Stellar Sitter® will watch your dog when Lauren needs to go to client appointments. We schedule as strategically as possible. $75 sitter fee will apply per day.

• Non-Rolling Days: Unused days do not carry over from one month to the next.

• Flexible Day Usage: Days can be adjusted as needed within the month. For instance, if you have the Honor Roll package and skip Stellar School for a week, the unused days can be applied on other weekdays within the same month.

• Weekday Usage Only: This package is exclusively for use on weekdays.

• Friday Policy: Fridays are automatically scheduled as half days. Requests for a full day on a Friday must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

• Local (10 minute walk) pickup/dropoff is complimentary.

• Manhattan-Manhattan pet shuttle services: $45 fee plus cab fare each way.

• Manhattan-Brooklyn/New Jersey pet shuttle services: $60 fee plus cab fare each way.

• Out-of-state clients sitting: TBD (varies by location).

• Pick-up & drop off before 8 AM and/or after 6 PM will be $25 additional charge.

• For services ending after 10 p.m.: cab fare fee to sitter’s home will be added to the total service.
